Professional Development
SoundWay's Professional Development (PD) Program provides eligible employees up to $1,500 each calendar year for company-approved professional development on a reimbursement basis. PD funds may be used to take college courses towards a degree program, take college or non-college courses towards a certification program, pay for a certification exam, pay for job or industry-related association membership, pay for technical materials to assist with job performance.
To be eligible, you must be an employee in good standing and have worked for SoundWay for 600 hours. Professional Development is voluntary and the time spent on professional development may not be charged on your timesheet. Contact your supervisor or SoundWay's HR if you have questions about time charging.
